The informal resolution period is 30 days from the date we receive your notice. If the dispute is not resolved within that period, either party may pursue a claim in the courts specified in the Governing Law and Jurisdiction section.

Nothing in this section prevents a party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief where appropriate to protect intellectual property rights or to prevent unauthorized access or misuse of the Site.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, misused the Site, or created risk to the Site, other users, or our operations. We may also block access for security, maintenance, or operational reasons.

The following sections will survive termination: Intellectual Property, Prohibited Activities, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law and Jurisdiction, Dispute Resolution, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Site, legal requirements, or operational practices. Unless a change must take effect sooner for legal reasons, updates will become effective 14 days after they are posted on this page.
